School for our oldest son, Conner, has always been a bit of a struggle. We have tried several different approaches, some very successful, some not so much. This year we are trying something new: online school through the K12 program.
The main thing that drew us to K12 is the fact that it is not just me teaching him. Conner is enrolled in an actual public school, the Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy. There are principals, teachers, and classes. He has a daily schedule. The curriculum is already put together. We don’t have to come up with anything, we just coach him. Woo Hoo!

When Brandon first moved into our house, there was a built in bookshelf right inside the front door. It was pretty intrusive as the first thing you saw when you walked in, so he decided to take it out. We have looked through all of the original pictures of the house and we can only find one with a partial view of the shelf.
A couple of weeks ago, I first posted on our kitchen remodel. We’ve been constantly working on things so I wanted to share a little more of what we have done.
